How do I calibrate my gas sensor for chlorine dioxide (ClO2)?Chlorine dioxide gas is a very commonly used toxic gas that can be found in many applications, most commonly water and wastewater, and pulp and paper mills. If you have chlorine dioxide gas at your facility and there is a possibility that people could be exposed to that gas, you are required to have gas sensors in the area of your facility where the ClO2 is stored. To ensure that your chlorine dioxide gas sensors are operating correctly, you must calibrate gas sensors periodically.

The CAL 2000 instrument is our top of the line instrument. The generating sources last for either 50 or 100 hours. The flow rate and output can be adjusted easily by the end user, allowing for calibration of many different types and brands of sensor.
The CAL 2000 is available for H2S and also offers a micro-range source for H2S. The range of this source is .05 to 1.0 PPM. This source is used to calibrate very low range H2S sensors.

The CAL 2000 has ATEX certification and is certified as INTRINSICALLY SAFE by CSA.
